Smoker’s lines are fine wrinkles on the upper and/or lower lip that radiate out from the lip. They are caused by the contraction of the Orbicularis Oris muscle that surrounds the mouth like a purse string and which can be relaxed with injections of botulinum toxin. The effect will be visible after 3-10 days and last approximately 4 - 6 months. Where the (deeper) lines are present at rest, it is often desirable to (additionally) use filler. Onset: 3-10 days. Duration: 4-6 months. Especially but not only for new clients, a follow-up appointment after 14 days is recommended and included in this service. This is when the full effect of the treatment can be expected. In some instances, a top-up injection (free of charge) will be required for the desired effect. Should you live in Central London (zone 1) or West London (in or within 15 minutes from zone 1) and wish a home visit, please kindly chose "client's place" under location, and add the £30 home visit fee under bookings.
